So the v herbs are nice, although I don't have the female problems that it helps with, I still feel refreshed after doing a yoni steam..... and sex after a steam with the right person can be amazing or painful because of the tightness😜😜😝 if I had to say anything bad about the v diaries it would be the sage in it ....I'm not a fan of sage smell one of the reasons I don't eat dressing is because of the sage....... other than that I think it's perfectly proportioned for the price and I love the refreshed feeling afterwards ❤️❤️❤️❤️
