V-Steaming has many benefits that have been shared with us. Some include that it relives stress, anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue. Also, some have experienced tension release, increased energy, vaginal healing, and restored pH balance. V-Steaming may boost the confidence of women, provide comfort during sexual encounters, tighten vaginal wall, relieve vaginal dryness, and regulate irregular menstrual cycles and ease discomfort related to the menstrual cycle.
It is not recommended to V-Steam if you are, using, and/or have: pregnant, IUD, STD, Genital Piercings/Jewelry (remove prior to V-Steaming), hormonal Creams or rings, on menstrual cycle, vaginal Infection, open wound, sores, blisters, and/or allergies to herbs.
Step 1: Boil 2 cups of water.
Step 2: Add ⅓ cup of herbs to boiling water. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add mixture to glass bowl, V-Seat, or any container of your choice and let sit for at least 5 minutes.
Step 4: Sit over steam for at least 15 minutes. Do not exceed 2 hours.
